I want to thank you for planning our amazing trip to Cancun Mexico this summer. Everything was great. So easy and fun. The flights were great. The Iberostar was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and courteous and so helpful. The resort was clean and so beautiful. We were right in the middle with easy access to everything. Food was delicious. We have enjoyed all trips that y’all have booked for us. Thank you so much.

We LOVED everything about the trip. The hotel was AMAZING!! The customer service was great, the hotel was nice, there were many restaurants options. The food was great, and we loved how each restaurant had its own theme. Each restaurant had us in awe- I mean BEAUTIFUL!! Great views of the ocean from the room. The pool was fantastic, it had options for everyone, single and families.

They did an excellent job of taking precautions and we felt they always did a good job of keeping things clean and sanitized. We never had to ask for anything because they were so attentive. My girls loved it, they even had kids camp (we didn’t try only because the girls were having too much fun at the pool). It was nice to have that option in case we wanted to have a date night.

It felt safe, welcoming, and well taken care of. The customer service was unbeatable. 5 stars overall.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Joy and her company, The Joy of Travel since January of 2020. You will not find anyone more hard working, conscientious, persistent, knowledgeable and pleasant than Joy! She helped us through the difficult times in 2020 and 2021 with our planned trips to Alaska, Southern Italy and Greek Escape that had to be cancelled and rescheduled multiple times due to COVID-19. She has an optimistic and can do attitude that helps travelers such as us get through any difficulties we encounter.
