Thank you for making your travel reservation with The Joy of Travel LLC (JOT LLC). Your reservation with The Joy of Travel LLC signifies your agreement with the following terms and conditions:

JOT LLC and its agents act only as sales agents for any airline, hote/resott, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider (Suppliers/Vendor) named on your travel documents, your invoice, or your itinerary.

JOT LLC, the sponsor and the sales agent, are not responsible for acts of omission of the Suppliers/Vendors or other patties, or their failure to provide services, or adhere to their own schedules, their failure to pay any refund, or for any personal injury, propery damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be caused by any party not under JOT LLC's control.

JOT LLC and its agents assume no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or iregularity which may be caused by: any defaults or deliberate or negligent acts or omissions of the Suppliers; any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise provided by Suppliers; any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other patty not under our control and any Acts of God, war, terrorism, or crime.

JOT LLC and its agents have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations we recommend contacting the Travel Warning Sections of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225, or www.travel.state.gov. For information on passports or visas please call the same telephone number or utilize the same website. For medical information we recommend contacting the Centers for Disease Control at 877-FYI-TRIP or www.cdc.gov/travel.

JOT LLC has no special knowledge of health hazards such as the risk of contracting Covid-19, either during your travel or at your travel destination. For the latest travel health infotmation, the client should review the State Department website at travel.state.gov and the CDC's information at www.cdc.gov/travel. The JOT LLC has no responsibility for Covid-19-related requirements that travel suppliers and governments may impose from time to time, such as health affidavit forms, health screenings prior to departure or upon arrival, face coverings, vaccines or quarantines. For the latest Covid-19 government travel regulations, the client should review IATA's website at www.iatatravelcentre.com. For the latest travel supplier requirements, check the supplier's homepage. The JOT LLC has no special knowledge of suppliers' financial condition and no liability for supplier defaults or for recommending future travel credits with suppliers that may be out of busmess by the time the client tries to use the credits. If requested, JOT LLC will assist with obtaing any refunds due or rebooking trips using future credits, but will charge a nonrefundable fee for such services.

Airlines may at their discretion impose additional fees that are not the legal or financial responsibility of The Joy of Travel LLC. Baggage fees or other fees imposed by airlines are also your responsibility. You are advised to call your flight provider or access their website to obtain current fee schedules.

You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destinations.

Should any circumstance make it desirable or necessary to change the planned itinerary, sightseeing and/or events, such changes may sometimes be made and any additional expense caused thereby will be borne by you. Should JOT LLC or its agents deem it advisable to withdraw or cancel this or any advertised trip, the retum of all monies paid by you to JOT (minus any applicable cancellation fees or insurance premiums) shall release us from all liability with respect to the trip. We reserve the right to decline to accept any person to any trip or any part thereof. No refunds will be made for absences from the trip.

JOT LLC charges a 10% cancellation penalty in addition to any penalties assessed by a tour company, cruise line, hotel, etc. JOT LLC charges a minimum $50 per person fee for any changes made to an existing reservation. JOT LLC reserves the right to refuse to accept any person as a client. JOT LLC charges a minimum $99 consultation fee on individual travel, a minimum $500 fee for destination wedding services, and a minimum $1500 consultation fee on group travel in advance.

JOT LLC will add you to their email and physical mailing databases. You may opt out of one or both of these databases simply by requesting "opt out" via email to Leigh@thejoyoftravel.net

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel protection insurance. Information about insurance is available from our main office 918-618-2344 or on our website www.thejoyoftravel.net. JOT LLC is neither legally nor financially responsible for the failure of any insurance company to approve or pay on a claim.

You hereby agree to release JOT from all claims arising out of any problem covered on this page. You agree that the courts in Cleveland County, Oklahoma will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or us and you hereby submit to the person jurisdiction of those courts.
