Saving Your Online Booking Sanity
Dear Friends,
Just today I helped a nice lady booking a family vacation via the link on our website. The good news is because she was booking via our link I was able to assist her and make sure she had a "legitimate" reservation.
The bad news is on a weekly basis someone calls our office needing help with an online booking they made outside of our umbrella. We are unable to access reservations not made under our own links, and sadly have to refer them back to the companies they used when they booked online.
