I love River Cruising! River Cruising has quickly become one of the most popular ways of experiencing Europe. I hosted the very first river cruise group for The Joy of Travel back in 2016 and it's been crazy from there! I've been on multiple river cruises in Europe and look forward to sharing my experience with you. European River cruises are my favorite way to see Europe and look forward to many more in the future, perhaps Asia and Africa as well!
River Cruising is mostly about exploring your chosen region in Europe, Asia and North & South America. Think of a river cruise as your scenic mode of transportation all while only having to unpack once! I love the intimate feel of these ships-the cocktail and dining hour is set up to help promote conversation with the other guests. You don't have to mingle with others, but I really enjoy it and have made new friends from all over the world.
I specialize in Avalon Waterways. They are nothing short of spectacular-gourmet food, excellent service, beautiful rooms and included daily excursions! I am also a specialist with AMA and Viking River Cruises.
